How it works
ONE ORGANIZER DOES THE WORK. EVERYONE ELSE JUST PLAYS.
Build the Loop once, send a link, and let the scoring and the money take care of themselves. Here is the whole shape of it.
Step 01
1
Build the Loop
Name it, add the courses and the rounds, then set the games and the stakes. Rounds can sit as dates with tee times TBD until the course confirms them.
- Bring the roster over from your last Loop
- A different format every day
- Pick the currency for the trip
Three rounds, one format each
Thu
Fourball
Fri
Foursomes
Sat

Step 02
2
Send one link
Your crew open loophq.golf/your-trip, tap their name and key a four-digit PIN. No download, no account, nothing to sign up for.
- You add the emails at setup
- Claiming an account is optional
- Guests never lose their scores
One link, one PIN

Step 03
3
Play the trip
Score hole by hole from any phone in the group. Every game moves as you go: the match, the skins pot, the Stableford points and the Ryder board.
- Anyone in the group can keep it
- Pops shown per player, per hole
- Swap formats or teams mid-trip
Recalculated every hole

Step 04
4
Crown a champion
Loop closes the trip, nets the book down to the fewest payments, publishes the recap and files the whole thing into the record.
- A recap built to be shared
- We settle up, we never hold the money
- Career standings updated
Twelve debts, three payments

Games Loop knows
- Stableford
- Individual, net, every round. The usual trip standings
- Four-ball
- Better ball at 90% of the difference in course handicaps
- Foursomes
- Alternate shot, pairs, with the team shots handled
- Singles
- One against one, and usually the last-day decider
- Net skins
- Carryovers on, pot split on the last hole won
- Ryder Cup
- Points across sessions, and the cup is retained on a tie
What the organizer stops doing
- Rebuilding the same spreadsheet every January
- Working out pops on the first tee in the dark
- Being the only one who knows the standings
- Reconstructing who owes what from memory on the flight home
- Losing the whole trip's results when the group chat scrolls away
